After touring more than five large ALF’s in the area, I was within 24 hours of having to choose a place for my mom. Someone recommended Awaken to our family, and I agreed to visit. I did not have high hopes and really did not expect much. However, to my surprise, the facility was extremely clean, I met the staff, and I was given a presentation on how the place operated. I read through the agreement that night, and figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a try. If I was not happy, with proper notification I could move her to another facility. Needless to say, they have exceeded my expectations and continue to do so! I would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.

My mother has been here about 6 months. This place is not just a step above from your average ALF it is on a whole different level. From the owners to the caregivers everyone is very nice and friendly. From the home cooked meals to the activities they provide they go the extra mile to provide next level care. I would highly recommend Awaken ALF Riverview to anyone needing a personalized care facility.

I am a home health aide that has worked at many facilities and by far this is the cleanest and most organized facility I’ve been to. The residents were very happy and healthy and all their needs and wants were met. I would recommend any home health aide to work here and also I would be happy to place any of my aging relatives here.

Awaken assisted living has been a blessing for our family , before awaken my dad was in a horrible rehab they treated him very poorly . Awaken not only helped bring his health back and better than it’s been in a long time , but they work with him one on one to help him improve every day . All of the nurses / staff are very kind from sending messages about your loved one or having holiday events and get togethers so your loved one gets to celebrate too ! It is a very clean place to live and they cook fresh food daily . I’ve never seen an assisted living this clean kind and friendly before . I would definitely recommend !!!!!!
